How To Install Android On Your PC

Although Android is an operating system designed for mobile devices, the system and its ecosystem of applications are for a very comfortable working environment even on the desktop. How to install Android on a PC.


Nougat Android 7.0 (Beta) Android-x86

Android-x86 is an open source project designed to bring Android to desktop computers with x86 processors instead ARM chips found in most Android phones. Android-x86 is still in its infancy, it has some bugs, but it is still a working version of Android 7.0 on your computer.

You will need a USB stick with at least 2GB of FAT-32 storage format

Unzip the file with 7zip, or a similar program

Connect the USB device to your computer

Rufus open the program. the connected USB drive is detected. In the dialog box, select "ISO Image" and press the next button to find the image in the file just unzip

Now click "Start" to flash Android x86 on USB memory

Once completed, restart your computer

Once reloaded, enter the BIOS or UEFI and choose to boot from a USB key

As I mentioned above, there is a problem with the functioning of the Internet, but you can try most of the functions and new features that come with Android nougats. How to install the operating system based on Android 6.0 Remix Marshmallow

You will need a USB drive with at least 8GB of storage space available in FAT-32 format. You can also use a disk partition, if you prefer

Download Remix OS images 32 or 64 bits depending on the computer's processor

Unzip the file with 7zip, or a similar program

Inside the unzipped folder are instructions, a md5sum file to verify that the image is intact, the .iso image and an executable installation file

Connect the USB device to your computer and double-click the executable installation file

When the installer opens search the .iso image, select the icon refers to the USB key, and then click OK

When finished, the computer will restart

In early 2016, I was testing the first beta for OS Remix and it worked pretty well. Another way to get the Android experience on the big screen is to use an emulator. One of the best, and the only race with marshmallow is drive Remix OS. This is a remix version of the operating system on a virtual machine to run directly on a Windows environment.


Just download Remix OS drive, unzip and run the file in the RemixOSPlayer.exe. Initially, you will be asked to put some things and is very easy to start. To use the mouse emulator window press Ctrl Alt.
