professional responsibilities
• Manage customer inquiries by phone and email to ensure
Customer Complaint Resolution using available resources
• Document all calls and other information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Organize and conduct the visit suppliers and to monitor the effective use
• Claims processing Hospital
• Provide customers with customer information products and services to update existing information
qualifications, experience and skills
• Nursing, filed RN / RM
• Health Insurance deep knowledge
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to understand and be fluent in the local language will be an advantage.
• 1-3 years of work experience.
• Knowledge and experience in service management customers
