MediaTek VCOM USB Driver Installation For Windows 8, 8.1 And Windows 10




MediaTek VCOM driver is essential if you want to send MediaTek device with the flash tool SP. If it is not installed simply that you can not use the SP intermittent tool in their flash devices MTK. Go to Action >> Device Manager >> Add inherited material as shown below.

Select Install hardware manually select from a list and click Next

Select Show All Devices and click Next

On the next screen, click Disk in the lower right corner and go to the extracted drivers on your computer. The drivers you need are in the Windows folder 7. To select x64 x86 PC and PC usb2ser_Win764.inf usb2ser_Win7.inf use and click OK

Once the driver is loaded, select USB VCOM MediaTek preload on the next screen and click Next.

A red error that says Windows can not verify the publisher of this driver software appears. Select Install this driver software anyway and the installation of MediaTek Preloader driver begins.

Now you can switch to flash your Android-based phone easily using MTK SP Flash tool.

After successful installation, I get the error - This device can not start. (Code 10), simply ignore
