There is something about the slow internet that brings out the worst in the world. A slow connection is always a source of frustration. When you can not allocate too many slow internet people using the connection, a bad service, or that the massive discharge having running becomes all the more problematic. A slow internet connection with no real reason behind slow speed is a much bigger problem. Fortunately, there is an easy way to find out what's dragging its Internet through Task Manager. Here's how.
Open Task Manager and Applications and Services sort all assets using the network. To do this, simply click on the "Network" tab. Applications or services that use more bandwidth will be filtered to display at the top of the list.
In the following screenshot, Chrome uses 3.8Mbps and is the largest consumer of bandwidth from the list of active applications. It makes sense since there was a fairly large current when the download was taken the screenshot. All you have to do in this case is to postpone the discharge. If the bandwidth is consumed by a service that will probably consider what makes this service and if it is safe to stop. Often you will find that the bandwidth is powered by svchost.exe. This is a Windows service and many processes use it to run Windows. In case of need, you will have access to Internet and various services may be necessary to do so at the same time. The simple solution is to stop the intelligent transfer service in the background.
To do this, go to the "Services" tab in the Task Manager. Locate the Intelligent Transfer Service BITS background, click the right mouse button on it and select Stop. This will stop the service, but are not a good idea to keep in suspension for long. When not using your system, Windows can allow it to do what you need to keep your system running again properly.
